Integrated Rental Service has two centralized Midwest warehouses in St. Louis, Missouri and Louisville, Kentucky. Customer service is open 24 hours day, seven days a week via email through our online customer service and will be answered during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (GMT -500) Monday through Friday, excluding major American holidays and natural disasters.
